Therefore, I organized our sales department to attend the 2024 Shenzhen International Exhibition BaoAn Show today to seek more opportunities and acquire potential Injection molded Components clients to boost our performance.
Introducing Shenzhen BaoAn International exhibition
Today, we visited an exhibition held at the Shenzhen Bao’an International Convention and Exhibition Center. Our booth is located in Hall 8, and the event runs from June 19, 2024, to June 21, 2024. The venue is just 7-8 kilometers from our company. The Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, situated in Fuhai Subdistrict, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, is a state-of-the-art complex that integrates exhibitions, conferences, events (such as sports and performances), dining, shopping, office spaces, and various services. It provides the latest exhibition schedule and aims to become a new generation of green and smart exhibition halls.
The Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center is a major project invested and constructed by the Shenzhen Municipal Government, with the China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings Co., Ltd., and OCT Group responsible for its construction and operation. The Phase 1 project began in September 2016 and was fully completed and put into use in July 2019.”

We set off at 2 PM June 19 and drove for about 30 minutes to reach our destination. A word of advice for those planning to visit the exhibition: due to the high volume of vehicles and people getting in and out, there is usually traffic congestion upon arrival. We experienced a 5-10 minute delay before successfully reaching the underground parking garage, specifically in Zone C201, which is conveniently close to Hall 8 where we were visiting.
A special reminder: after parking, make sure to note your parking area and spot number to avoid any trouble finding your car after the exhibition. Once parked, we took the elevator from the underground B2 level to the first floor and then walked about 100 meters to the exhibition security checkpoint. After passing through security, we walked approximately another 100 meters to reach Hall.

After entering the main entrance of Hall 8, all the booths are divided into two areas along the central aisle. Each area is further divided into several smaller booths, with each booth displaying new products from different participating companies. Therefore, our sales team of four split into two groups, with two people in each group, and each group was responsible for one area. We visited each booth one by one to see if there were any suitable potential plastic injection molding components clients for us. If we found any, we would discuss their new products, introduce our mold injection services, and exchange contact information and company details.
