Injection Molding Machines:

Our facility boasts a fleet of high-performance HaiXing injection molding machines, ranging from small-tonnage 100T machines for intricate parts to large-tonnage machines 450T for larger components. These machines utilize advanced servo motors and hydraulic systems to precisely control the injection process, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.

Mold Temperature Controllers:

Temperature control is critical in injection molding to achieve optimal part quality and cycle times. Our mold temperature controllers maintain precise temperatures throughout the molding process, enhancing mold stability and reducing production time.

Material Handling Systems:

Efficient material handling is essential for uninterrupted production. We utilize automated material handling systems to transport raw materials, such as plastic pellets, to the injection molding machines, minimizing downtime and streamlining the production workflow.

Robotic Automation:

Robotics play a key role in enhancing efficiency and consistency in our facility. Robotic arms are employed for tasks such as part removal, runner separation, and quality inspection, reducing labor costs and ensuring precise handling of molded components.

Mold Tooling and CNC Machining Centers:

Our facility is equipped with advanced CNC machining centers with 14 CNC machines and 16 EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) machines for the fabrication of high-quality molds with tight tolerances, enabling us to meet the most demanding specifications.

We utilize a range of inspection equipment, including coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), optical measuring systems, and material testing instruments, to verify part dimensions, surface finish, and material properties, ensuring that every part meets our stringent quality standards.
